About Renewing the Journey

Life is full of twists and turns, starts and stops, hills and valleys.  Detours are encountered and we feel like we won't get back on track.  But - life is also rich, beautiful, full of amazing diversity and possibility, brimming with energy and hope.  Many times, perhaps most of the time, we can navigate both of these truths and live each day with wholeness and wellness, believing that our life has purpose and meaning.
Sometimes we get stuck!

• We lose our job and have to make a change. 
• A loved one dies and we find ourselves needing to forge a new life without them. 
• At times the relationships at work or in our personal lives are not working the way we had hoped. 
• Work challenges or opportunities urge us to make some changes, perhaps in the way we lead or in the way we follow. 
• Sometimes our desire to live a life of significance calls us to consider what we are offering of our selves, our faith, or resources.

Experiencing the process of life coaching may  provide some answers.  I am the owner of  Renewing the Journey, a life coaching and leadership development business.   After 30 years in the "people" business and plenty of experiences on my own journey,  I am devoting most of my energy to joining others who are navigating new roads, new destinations, new beginnings.
